Who We Are
The Less Tears...More Years™ Campaign is a Teen Driver Safety Campaign which began after two tragic deaths of teens during the summer of 2007 in the small community of Pottsboro, Texas.
Our journey has taken us from tragedy to saving lives. The Less Tears...More Years Act (HB 339) was introduced by Representative Larry Phillips and passed by the 81st Texas Legislature in the summer of 2009 and was signed into law by Texas Governor Rick Perry on June 19, 2009.
The focus of the Less Tears...More Years™ Campaign is in primarily three different areas; education and awareness, road safety, and driver education reform.
